Voice-Raiser: The Face of Wage Theft

Centro Humanitario and the Workers Rights Task Force invites you to participate and learn about Wage Theft and its effects on low wage workers in Colorado.  Find out what you can do, how to get involve, and listen to the stories of low wage workers and learn how wage theft affects their daily lives.

Featuring:

“Short vignettes on Immigrant rights by the Romero Theater Troupe” (New Addition!)

A vision workshop about wage theft – facilitated by Let Us Rise

See the face of Wage Theft through the lenses of Ric Urrutia from Behind the Lens Productions

Listen to a collection of Voices of workers who have been victims of wage theft recorded by DU Students of History

Reflect with the poetry of Daniel Klawitter from the Workers Task Force and the Interfaith Workers Alliance.

We will also have a panel of workers and members of the Workers Task Force

Special Guests to be announced!
